THE High Protein skillet Cookie

The Perfect Blend of Indulgence and Nutrition: High Protein Cookie Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cookie:

  • 1 Scoop whey powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1-2 tbs Almond Milk Add to desired consistency
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter (ghee or coconut oil works)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

For the Ice cream:

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

  2. Combine all dry ingredients 

  3. Add Wet Ingredients – mix until well combined 

  4. Sprinkle in chocolate chips 

  5. Add mixture into prepared mini skillet or baking dish 

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes you do want it to be slightly undercooked for pure ooey-gooey deliciousness in the meantime blend the ice cream ingredients and Enjoy!
