Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 2 -3 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Melting chocolate 
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, berries, or dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
