Ingredients (for single or 2 servings):
- 1 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup of your favorite frozen fruits (such as berries, mango, or peaches)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (even water)
- 1 scoop of THE Collagen creamerÂ
Instructions:
- Place the frozen bananas and frozen fruits in a blender or food processor. Let them sit for a few minutes to slightly thaw.
- Add the collagen and milk to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally.
- If the mixture is too soft, you can transfer it to a container and freeze for an additional 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once the nice cream reaches your desired consistency, scoop it into bowls or cones.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as sliced fruits, nuts, or shredded coconut.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
