Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 scoop "Healthy Mixed" caramel whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Add some chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients then the dry ones. 
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Take spoonfuls of the dough and roll them into balls. Place the balls onto the lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your palm or the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden around the edges.
